Entry requirements

  • Postgraduate entry - A 2:2 minimum classification or equivalent from undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, or three years’ experience at managerial or professional level.
  • All applicants are required to hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
  • MSc entry - A postgraduate qualification in either Human Resource Management or a Business or Management specialism such as PgD in Human Resource Management.
  • Candidates who completed the CIPD professional education scheme prior to 2004 may also be required to undertake an additional module.
  • All applicants are required to hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.

Information for international students

  • IELTS 6.5 overall (minimum 5.5 in all components) where English is not the students' first language, or A B2/C1 in the Common European Framework of References for Languages (CEFR).
  • Tier 4 international students are not able to register on this course however we welcome interest from international students not wishing to apply for Tier 4.
