Applicants within a leadership/supervisory role, responsible for organisational processes and support with a minimum age limit of 21. All students are expected to be in a position to change their organsitions or influence the change process or for influencing other organisations' change in a business support role.

Course contentThe programme develops skills and competencies in coaching to support and enhance a managers personal style of leadership. It is designed to promote the principles of Action Learning as well as the wider rationale for utilising Coaching - as a style of management more than simply a tool of management.
