Course content

This is a flexible training programme that is responsive and relevant to the various demands made on trainee supervisors and consultants.

This programme is primarily aimed at senior health and social care professionals, educationalists and human resource personnel who are required to consult, supervise and train others. It aims to provide theory and practice approaches that support and guide them to better respond to the learning and personal development needs of staff.

A major strength of the programme is the mix of background of trainees which helps to contribute to a more varied understanding of the application of theoretical models and practice methods to different contexts.
