Course content
Developing effective leadership skills and capacity is central to improving organisational success and enhancing the quality of service delivery within the NHS. This innovative and flexible programme is designed to address the leadership challenge facing the NHS. It is aimed at those who wish to take on a more proactive leadership role within their workplace and affect positive change in the workplaceThe programme is designed to enhance individual knowledge; skills and understanding that will support the development and application of more effective personal leadership approaches. It will seek to challenge ideas and pre-conceptions about what leadership means both to the individual and to their world of work. Indeed, a better understanding of ourselves, and what is going on around us, are both fundamental qualities of effective leadership and management.

English Language Requirements
Our programmes are taught and examined in English. To make the most of your studies, you must be able to communicate fluently and accurately in spoken and written English and provide certified proof of your competence before starting your course. Please note that English language tests need to have been taken no more than two years prior to the start date of the course. Fees and funding
Standard fees are for students normally domiciled in Scotland/European Union/EEA(outside UK) and with a term time address in Scotland. These students usually have their fees paid by the SAAS. For Students normally domiciled in the rest of the UK other fees Standard Fee GBP 1680 Rest of UK GBP 1950. International Fee GBP 2700. For International Students There are a variety of funding opportunities available to you. You can contact our international office for advice on what funding you can apply for. UHI is offering scholarship worth around £1000 to all applicants whose home domicile is in South Asia

Assessment
