We normally require the PG Dip International Construction Law studied at UWE Bristol.

We can consider applicants who have a postgraduate qualification that is similar to the PG Dip International Construction Law, this may require additional study to ensure students meet the same learning outcomes.

This top-up Masters course provides you with the skills necessary to identify and address legal issues related to construction projects as well as tackling disputes should they arise. It seeks to extend and develop your understanding of the law relating to the core aspects of international construction practice, dispute settlement, procurement and sustainability.

The MSc International Construction Law is a top-up course for those who have successfully completed the PG Dip International Construction Law and want to further develop specialist knowledge and obtain tangible evidence of expertise in the field of International Construction Law. It is also designed for those with similar postgraduate qualifications wanting to achieve an MSc in this field.
