Applicants normally hold a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent or appropriate experience for mature candidates (over 25).

The domain of Visual Communication encompasses graphic design, typography, advertising, packaging, illustration and design for analogue and digital media.
Contemporary dialogues between traditional print-based practices and new digital screen-based media will allow the possibilities for visual communication to become more socially interactive and conceptually challenging. You will be encouraged to develop a personal style in addressing these aims and interests. You will also have the opportunity to engage with contemporary issues of visual semiotics.
