You must have, or be expecting to obtain, an upper second class honours at Undergraduate level. We accept students from a wide range of disciplines. We do not require a GMAT or GRE score but a well-balanced score (700+) may strengthen your application.

Explore contemporary issues in workplace management & employment relations in a global context
Join us to gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of human resource management and employment relations. Discover the value of HRM and employment relations in a wider global context, tailor the course to your particular interests in these fields, and gain new perspectives from your fellow students. One of only two UK business schools that participate in the MEST (Master Européen en Sciences du Travail) network, you will meet and study with fellow European students in your second term.
Gain a CIPD qualification
Our course includes full Chartered Institute for Personnel & Development (CIPD) accreditation, gaining you a Level 7 (Advanced Certificate) CIPD qualification while you study.

Information for international students
If English is not your first language, you must meet a minimum overall standard in a recognised test of English. You must show a good balance across all sections of the test and it must have been taken within two years of starting the course.
IELTS - 7.0 - all four languages elements have to be scored 6.0+, with maximum of two language components at lowest level 6.0 or 6.5.
