Course content

Increased public scrutiny has highlighted the need to strengthen leadership within the healthcare sector. This course brings together expertise from Warwick Medical School and Warwick Business School to focus specifically on the skills and behaviours needed to rise to these challenges.

This is a multidisciplinary course and is suitable for anyone interested in pursuing a leadership role in the healthcare sector, whether from a clinical, managerial or administrative background.
