Course content

This module provides an introduction to current issues in palliative care, including emergencies in palliative care, spirituality, bereavement, legal issues and death certification. It is intended for any health care professional wishing to increase their knowledge and develop skills in this area.

The 5-day intensive course is taught by professionals in the field of palliative care. It can be taken as a stand alone short course, or as part of a degree programme leading to Post Graduate Award (PGA), Certificate, Diploma or Masters degree.
