Second-class degree in related field. Students with a PGDip Management Studies, MBA or IPD Graduate Membership may be given exemptions. Applications are welcomed from students without the standard requirements but with significant relevant work experience. Course contentThis course aims to develop students as Human Resource practitioners by concentrating on four key areas: Theory and Practice; Management Consultancy and Diagnostic Techniques; Integrated Strategy in HR and Problem-Solving; and Analysis at both Operational and Strategic Levels.
