Course contentBased within our Westminster Business School, our Leadership and Development research programme has strong interests in the following areas:
Psychological approaches to organisations; employability and enterprise; theory and practice of leadership; leadership development (including CPD); organisation development; and the psychology of the workplace. These areas are linked together by common belief in the importance of reflective practice at all levels of education and development.
Our monthly research seminars draw both external and internal speakers. Research students also benefit from a doctoral colloquium where they present their work and receive feedback from senior researchers in addition to their own supervisory team.
Information for international students
