Entry requirements

You will need a good degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent in a related discipline. Those applying from non-hospitality related disciplines may be required to study a range of level 6 modules before being accepted onto the Masters award. Candidates with significant relevant work experience and related qualifications are encouraged to apply.

International students are required to have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

Course content

The MA International Hospitality Management is designed for graduates and/or those with recent relevant professional experience to enhance employability and effectiveness through the development of a range of cognitive, intellectual, practical, personal and interpersonal skills combined with knowledge about the hospitality industry.

The award provides a contextual knowledge base from which you can interpret relevant concepts and theories and develop ideas in order to not only provide solutions to the complex challenges facing hospitality organisations but also communicate these solutions effectively to a range of audiences. During your studies you will be developing research skills for both academic and professional projects and reports in a range of contexts that will reflect your interests.
