The Human Resource Management course offers an opportunity for those students holding all four elements of the CIPD Professional Development Scheme to top-up to a Masters award.
The course offers an opportunity to study alongside UK practitioners from a wide range of business and professional backgrounds, and will deepen your knowledge of research methods.
You can investigate your chosen specialism through an independent research project, giving you enhanced knowledge in this area. You will also gain skills in project management and problem solving, as well as planning, analysis, organisation and implementation techniques.
The programme is designed for established Human Resource Managers seeking to enhance their career prospects at a senior management level. Applicants will have already gained the CIPD Advanced Diploma in HRM (equivalent to 120 Masters level points) under the current CIPD qualification structure, or will have already gained all four elements of the CIPD Professional Development Scheme (equivalent to 120 Masters level points) under the previous CIPD qualification structure.
