You should have at least a 2:1 degree in a relevant subject such as management, finance, environmental science or geography. If you have a 2:2 degree in a relevant subject as well as additional experience, such as work in environmental management, then we will also welcome your application. You'll need a good level of mathematical or statistical ability in order to follow the quantitative and financial modules: you can demonstrate this with an element of economics, accounting or finance in your degree.
If you are a non-native English speaking applicant you must provide evidence of your English language ability. You need to show enough fluency in all aspects of English (reading, writing, speaking and listening) to the required level of the course you're applying to.

You will be introduced to the major challenges faced by decision makers when implementing Corporate Social Responsibility policies in the real world and you'll examine the consultancies helping organisations achieve their CSR objectives. By the end of the course you'll have developed the essential skills associated with business and financial management and managing sustainable organisations.
The programme is suitable for those aiming for careers in management both in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors. The programme incorporates a range of modules in business and environmental management, which are taught between October and May.
