The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and by the Chartered Institute of Building | (CIOB). Gaining an CIOB and RICS accredited degree will provide you with exemption from some membership requirements. Please see the CIOB and RICS websites for more details. Whilst studying, you are eligible for a student membership of both the CIOB and RICS.
