The Department is one of Glyndwr University’ highest quality deliverers with excellent success rates, some of the highest retention figures and student satisfaction statistics that range from 96% to 100% satisfied with their programmes (National Student Satisfaction survey). In the last year the Department rose a further 11 places in the Good University Guide rating of Education departments throughout the country and, in the Guardian League Table has risen to 24/79 departments of Education, the highest performing Education Department in Wales, beating its nearest competitor by 9 places.

The new MA Education has been validated to ensure that the content relates directly to the work of educational professionals in their settings. All content and assignments are work-related, enabling participants to consider the latest theoretical underpinning for the subject area selected to be evaluated in the context of their delivery. Students may select from 3 named routes:
