About Africa at Heart
The Africa at Heart Voluntary Organization (AAT), formerly RVO Services Ghana, was founded by Mr. Robert Booker an American Philanthropist and Richmond Amoakoh Ghanaian social worker in the year 2000. AAT-Ghana is registered in Kumasi, Ghana as a non for profit organization in the year 2000 with the following agencies in Ghana. Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), social Welfare of Ghana, Registrar Generals Dept. and National Youth council of Ghana.
Africa At Heart offers meaningful and exciting volunteer experiences to international volunteers in six marvelous regions located throughout Ghana, Africa. Travelers/volunteers have participated in Africa At Heart various programs below:

- High schools, university and college group trips
- Medical Mission Trips to Ghana
- Work and study abroad for Ghanaian nationals
- Community developmental projects / work camps
Our philosophy involves more than simply placing a volunteer in a grassroots project. We offer a variety of programs to meet the needs of our clients/communities and we also offer customized group programs.
