ARYZTA is a global speciality food business with a leadership position in B2B bakery. You may not have heard of us because we don't sell anything under our own name, ARYZTA. However, our reach is great in the bakery sector with some of our factories producing and selling one item per person per day in some countries. Our impressive range of products include a variety of breads and sweet and savoury food. This includes breads, pastries, donuts, cookies, pies, quiches, glazes, sauces and snacks.

We are the largest frozen bakery in Europe and in the top three in the world.

Expertise in the frozen bakery world is a core principle of ARYZTA. This principle is the unifying connection across the entire portfolio of companies. Our brands include Delice de France, Klemme, Hiestand, Otis, La Brea Breads, Cuisine de France, and Fornetti. Each brand is unique and you could be working with some or all of them in our Marketing teams, Category, Procurement, and New Product Development teams. Our headquarters are in Switzerland with operations in the Americas, Europe, South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

We offer a development programme for new graduates coming out of university by giving them a real role with real responsibility in the business. Graduates will remain in their role for 18 months, but have opportunities to see other roles and to work on cross functional projects exposing them to all sides of manufacturing.

The programme engages new grads on a three tiered structure. We believe that on-the-job experience will provide you with the foundations. We give you real responsibilities from day one because we believe that is the best way to learn.

The second tier of the programme includes projects and engages mentors and coaches. We believe these are key pillars for career growth. You will take on project work during training weeks that will expose you to a range of business areas. Mentors provide support and guidance as you start your careers, while coaches will help you define your career goals. The final tier includes tailored training development weeks that we run in tandem with an external partner. These weeks include business learning modules aimed at grads starting their careers. We design these weeks to engage you in ARYZTA and to give you inspiration to grow your career.

We're looking for graduates with the following competencies: resilience, initiative and responsibility. team work, systematic approach. innovation. communication, european languages.
