Our Buying, Fashion (George), Data Science and Finance graduate programmes are designed to give grads tonnes of exposure to the business and help you build an extensive network of contacts at all levels. You’ll also have tonnes of support in the form of buddies, mentors, external coaching, your line manager and a wide range of professional support networks.
With a minimum of two-three rotations over a two-year period, you’ll get every opportunity to experience the breadth and depth of our business. Early responsibility is a given as you’ll be working on live projects from day one and will be expected to make an impact. As you’ll be working towards a Level 3 Leadership and Management qualification (or CIMA for Finance), this will give you the chance to apply what you’re learning in a real world business environment.
The scope and scale of what you can do at Asda is incredible. There are people here building next generation apps, building robots, designing new data modelling techniques, designing clothes, designing new ways to display them, financing multi-million pound deals and buying millions of pounds worth of products every day.
