About Bupa

Welcome to a place that celebrates you and your career. This isn’t about your past; it’s about your future. This is where we make health happen.

We’re known as a leading healthcare group, but we’re so much more than that. With 50 million customers worldwide and no shareholders, we reinvest profits into providing better healthcare for the benefit of current and future customers. Our purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world. If you’re looking to kick-start your career and have the skills we need, we can help you build your career, and you can help us make health happen.

Working here is unique. You’ll be challenged, supported, and inspired to be your best self. We offer development programs, great benefits, and a culture that celebrates diversity.

Current opportunities

We currently have placements available in Actuarial and Finance and Governance. Gain valuable insights into these fields after your second year at university with our 12-month undergraduate industrial placement. Whether you have a clear career path or are still exploring, we believe it’s important to gain hands-on experience. That's why, during the placement, you’ll rotate across various areas of the function.

No two days are the same during the 12-month placement. You’ll experience a balanced mix of challenges, mutual support, and accelerated skills development through our program. You’ll also shadow senior colleagues to gain valuable insights and expand your network. Successful placement participants may be fast-tracked for a spot in our graduate scheme.

Why Bupa?

We specialise in wellbeing, and healthcare is what we’re known for. It’s what makes Bupa, Bupa. Looking after our colleagues and their wellbeing is what we do best.
