Dunelm is a fast-paced and growing business with an entrepreneurial core. Over the last five years we have grown retail selling space and turnover by around 10% each year. We have big plans for the future and we’re looking for the brightest young graduates to join us on this exciting journey

In everything that we do at our Store Support Centre, our customers come first. Just as they do in our stores and across our company as a whole. Here at our Store Support Centre everything we do has the aim of supporting our retail stores with the eventual goal being that of driving profitability.

Our Leadership Programme’s sole objective is to provide you with all the tools that you need to become a future leader with us. Whichever programme you choose, you will be mentored by a member of our Executive Board of Directors who will ensure that you gain maximum exposure at board level at a growing retailer. You will receive fantastic development opportunities and invaluable, hands-on experience about what it’s like to be a leader at Dunelm.

The Commercial Leadership Programme will give you an insight in to each of our commercial departments – buying, merchandising, supply chain, marketing and E-commerce. You'll gain a thorough insight into our product lifecycle all the way through to how we really understand and put our customers first.

The Operation, People and Service Leadership Programme will give you experience in all aspects of our retail operations, the people team and our customer service operation on a rotational basis. You'll gain a thorough insight (and real experience) into exactly how we engage with stakeholders, how we keep things simple and how we really understand and put our colleagues and customers first.

The E-Commerce Graduate Programme will give you an insight in to each of the areas that make up our Dunelm.com function including – online trading, web analytics, digital marketing and customer experience. You'll gain real insight into how we really understand and put our customers first and hands-on experience of how an ecommerce business works.
