Founded in 2009, James Andrews was created by a team of recruitment specialists who between them had over 50 years’ worth of experience in the industry.We are an independent consultancy who specialises in variety of sectors including HR, Finance, Social Housing, Property Management & Construction, Procurement, Legal & Governance and Tech.

Our aim was to create a business that clients and candidates could trust to provide an excellent service, whilst also providing our employees with opportunities to develop and grow as individuals.

Our office network is able to cover the whole of the UK for clients ranging from the smallest charities, to the largest blue chip firms such as Virgin Trains and Fred Perry.Our core values are; Collaboration, Transparency, Growth & Respect.
