Graduate Sustainability Consultant & BREEAM Assessor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Sustainability Consultant and BREEAM Assessor to join our growing Energy and Sustainability team. Working closely with our M&E and Building Physics team, you will be based at our head office in Swindon which has good travel links to London, Bristol and Bath, with easy access to surrounding towns and Villages across Wiltshire and the beautiful countryside in adjoining Counties such as the Cotswolds.

Your role will include:

  • advising clients on how to reduce the environmental impact of buildings
  • providing BREEAM, HQM and other rating systems advice and assessment to clients
  • SAP modelling of buildings to assess materials and energy use
  • advising on building-integrated renewable energy
  • developing sustainability strategies for buildings and developments

What we are looking for

  • Team player capable of working in a multi-discipline team
  • Excellent at planning your own workload and dealing with competing deadlines
  • Good communication skills- verbal and written
  • A passion for sustainability
  • Educated to degree level in maths, physics, geography, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge or awareness of BREEAM would be beneficial
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK
