The Mountbatten Program was established in 1984 to connect top global businesses with the brightest international talent.
We provide a career-defining program of international internship, post-grad study and cultural exchange, along with a powerful alumni network.
We create opportunities for young professionals to work, study and immerse themselves in the culture of New York City.
We provide a world-class paid internship program, at leading companies in New York City, along with an accredited post-graduate business qualification up to MBA level.
It is a unique combination of work, study and living abroad for graduates.
Our March 2019 program is accepting applications now.
Welcoming cohorts in both March and August each year. We help secure our trainees a 12-month full-time placement at one of our many host organisations in New York.

We offer placements in Banking and Finance, Marketing and Communications, Legal Administration, Regulatory and Compliance, Business Operations and Project Management too.
In addition to the full-time training placement, Mountbatten Program also provides a study program to complement this. Trainees must choose one of the following study options: a professional development program in collaboration with digital education company, Decoded, an MA in Entrepreneurial Management awarded by the University of Chester or an MBA in International Business Practice, awarded by St Mary’s University, Twickenham. The MBA program also includes a further 14 weeks in Bangkok, following your year in New York City.
During the program, trainees are provided with free accommodation and $1,275 monthly allowance to make the most of their NYC experience. The Mountbatten Program encourages cultural integration with a calendar of events for trainees including museum visits, sports events, brunches, weekend trips, charity parades and more.
