What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Financial Planner, you'll become an integral part of our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial planning while developing your own knowledge and skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with the Director and experienced Financial Planners.
- Supporting the preparation of financial planning reports and suitability recommendations.
- Researching pensions, investments, protection and tax planning strategies.
- Liaising with clients, providers and professional connections.
- Preparing documentation for client meetings.
- Attending and shadowing client meetings as your experience develops.
- Helping deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Building your technical knowledge and understanding of holistic financial planning.

Progression is based on your development, performance and professional qualifications—not simply time served. You do need 5 years of financial service experience to qualify as a Chartered Financial Planner.
We're looking for someone with the drive, curiosity and ambition to become a Chartered Financial Planner. This is a unique opportunity to join our growing financial planning practice and learn directly from the Director, gaining hands-on experience from day one.
