That’s what we’re looking for in two Strategy Analysts to join our small and very committed team. Your enthusiasm, commitment, and critical thinking are more important than where you are based or whether you have previous experience in housing.
In these roles you will work with colleagues at all levels and customers. Your ability to understand the impact of regulation and legislation, and how this needs to translate into practice, is crucial, ensuring compliance and the Group delivers a high-quality customer service.
In the role of Strategy Analyst, you will be
- Analysing emerging Housing regulation and legislation that could have an impact on the Sanctuary's strategy or operations.
- Translating complex external regulatory or legislative expectations into simple to understand analysis to inform Sanctuary’s strategy and operational delivery.
- Developing and delivering training/briefings for internal stakeholders to ensure the impact of emerging regulation and legislation is understood across Sanctuary Housing.

- Base office location may vary dependent upon suitable candidate - balance of home and office working
- 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
What we are looking for
- Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification in housing or social policy
- Proven experience of producing high quality analysis for dissemination with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven experience of disseminating the findings and recommendations of analysis to internal and external stakeholders, at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- This role will involve driving on company business - n order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving license
