Whether you're continuing with your recruitment plans or having to realign with your business, we know that COVID-19 is challenging you in new ways

We want to reassure you that your usual Prospects team is here to support you and we want to let you know what we're doing to respond to this unprecedented situation.

Adapting our communications

We have adapted our student and graduate communication so that we remain relevant in these changing times. This means that we'll continue to connect employers and recruiters with high-quality candidates looking for apprenticeships, internships, graduate jobs or more experienced roles.

This comes with the usual benefits of access to our audience of more than two million unique browsers on prospects.ac.uk and more than 800,000 registrants who receive our email communications.

We are also tracking how COVID-19 impacts our industry, so to keep updated read Luminate.

Increasing flexibility for your campaigns

We understand flexibility is vital during challenging times and we will be using all of our experience and labour market insight to adapt and to ensure that your campaigns deliver what you need.

Don't feel restricted by whatever you have planned with us, it's probably a good time to talk to us about our tailored packages.

Planning virtual events

While many universities have postponed upcoming careers fairs on-campus, we are currently working on a programme of virtual fairs, so that you will not miss out on connecting with potential candidates in a more personalised setting.

Protecting our colleagues

Like other organisations, the Prospects team will work from home from Monday 23 March until further notice. Many of our staff already work remotely, we are therefore set up to operate efficiently, so you shouldn't experience any disruption.

Keep talking to us

If you find yourself with a new challenge or target, or have a recruitment problem talk to us.

We have long-term partnerships with the:

  • Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services
  • Institute of Student Employers
  • NUS
  • Universities UK.

If we can't help, it's likely we know someone who can.
