Course overview

Enhance your managerial capabilities and career prospects with our MA Human Resource Management. You’ll gain a broad understanding of the importance of people management in organisational development and business operations, and your qualification will be recognised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

Main overview

Human resource management is an exciting discipline to master. The HR manager of the future will be concerned with workforce management, and organisational structure and effectiveness in rapidly changing, increasingly globalised markets.

Our Masters degree will suit you if you’re in the early or middle stages of your career. It will develop your strategic and international perspectives and give you the skills you need to succeed in this challenging area. You’ll have exposure to a range of cutting-edge HR concepts that you can put into practice at work.

Our course has been approved by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). While you’re studying you’ll register as an associate member of CIPD and, once you’re in work, you’ll be able to upgrade to full membership. Associate members enjoy exclusive access to journals, reports, time-saving resources, library services, as well as professional development guidance and networking opportunities.

Here at Lord Ashcroft International Business School, we have more than 25 years’ experience of delivering CIPD qualifications and a high success rate: 100% of our MA graduates are in work or further study six months after graduating (DLHE, 2014). So by studying with us, we think you have the best chance of success.
