We have been effectively delivering CIPD qualifications for over 25 years, aligning our course with industry trends. We understand the stage you are at in your career, you want to go further and our job is to inspire and support you to work towards your future goals and aspirations. The cost of your membership and course accreditation with the CIPD is not included in the course fees. Whilst the degree is accredited, those seeking this credit for their degree should apply directly to join the CIPD and pay the appropriate joining and membership fee.

By keeping our class sizes small, we're assisting you to achieve these. Large, lecture theatre-based learning would be at odds with the dynamic and intuitive nature of the course content, so we ensure peer-to-peer and lecturer content and support. You're inquisitive and open so our team-based learning promotes these skills and your supportive, networking relationships, helping you to learn in a natural way that resembles real working environments. Working in a team and providing feedback as part of a reflective discussion is especially effective for people like you, because the importance this approach places on intrinsic skills, communication, behavioural analysis, persuasion and negotiation abilities are all abilities possessed by outstanding HR managers.

If English is not your first language you will be expected to demonstrate a certified level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5, or equivalent. If you have other awards, including those from non-UK universities, we may be able to accept these. Please email us for further information
