Course content

This course aims to provide numerate graduates with knowledge and skills in the field of nanotechnology and microfabrication. The course takes an immersive approach to learning both the principles and practices of nanotechnology and microfabrication with much of the material based around examples and practical exercises.
Modules taught: Advanced Sensor Systems
; Microengineering; Quality, Value and TQM; Introduction to Nanotechnology and Microsystem; Modelling and Design; Project Foundations and Management Tools; Business Process Re-engineering; RF and Optical MEMS; Engineering Project and Dissertation.

Information for international students

IELTS: 6.5 is required (no element below 6.0).
