Course content
Prepare to become a future project leader by combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills. Learn how to manage stakeholders, risks and the project lifecycle.
Key course content includes the following:
- Strategic project management and organisational culture: explore project processes, stakeholder management, and teamwork within diverse groups to drive change.
- Governance, ethics, and methodologies: cover Agile, PRINCE2 and governance schemes to improve project success and sustainability.
- Data-driven decision-making and risk management: focus on project analytics, risk management, and forecasting techniques using tools like Primavera P6 to help achieve project outcomes.
