Course content
This course aims to respond to the ongoing demand for data professionals and prepare you to drive innovation and tackle complex challenges across various sectors.
The course includes:

- hands-on experience with modern data management and analysis tools

- research-informed teaching from research staff within the Centre for Computational Science and Mathematical Modelling

Accreditation and professional recognition
The module The Data Science Professional meets the criteria set by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Students who successfully pass this module will be eligible to gain the award as an additional qualification at no additional cost.
