  • Explore the different ways that supply chain management and logistics can contribute to wealth creation, competitive advantage and the advancement of society.
  • Assess and evaluate the contributions and environmental impact of supply chain management and logistics in various industries, retail and the public sector.
  • Experience working in teams to analyse problems, think critically and make informed decisions so you can learn to drive positive change in supply chain and logistics systems, practices and management.

Accreditation and professional recognition

The module Managing Change meets the criteria set by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) for the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice. Students who successfully pass this module will be eligible to gain the award as an additional qualification at no additional cost.
