Course content
This course helps law undergraduates, legal professionals and those with related backgrounds to expand their knowledge of international law and its global impact and build expertise to tackle today’s legal challenges.
- Study international law principles and examine how law addresses modern issues.
- Examine specialist areas of law such as commercial arbitration, comparative constitutional law and international law.
- Investigate and engage with international legal systems, learning to understand the rules, principles and theories of the law beyond the boundaries of individual countries.
