As the rapid pace of technological change continues, markets expand internationally and legislation becomes increasingly complex, the need to ensure both businesses and their personnel adapt accordingly has become ever more important.

This Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) accredited course is designed for those who want to pursue senior level careers in human resource management (HRM).
