Explore the complexities of global business and build the evidence‑based decision‑making skills that are essential for effective leadership and management. You’ll develop a global mindset that prepares you to lead and collaborate effectively across diverse professional groups and stakeholders, with the opportunity to apply your learning in real‑world settings.

This two‑year programme places employability at its core. Designed for career-focused graduates, it combines a full MBA in Global Business Administration with substantial professional work experience. You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a self-sourced, approved workplace while building a strong professional portfolio that sets you apart in the global job market.

In Year One, you’ll complete a dedicated Preparing for Placement module (non‑credit bearing), designed to support your transition into professional practice. This includes an employability skills gap analysis, participation in an assessment centre, development of a professional CV and LinkedIn profile, and the creation of a personalised action plan to help you secure a suitable placement. You’ll be fully supported throughout by the University’s Careers Service and the Business School’s placement lead.

Throughout your placement (a minimum of 30 weeks), you’ll develop a comprehensive Professional Placement Portfolio, including a reflective diary, a presentation of your achievements, and an updated career development plan. Alongside an employer reference, this portfolio evidences your professional capability and preparedness for the global job market.

By the time you graduate, you’ll have developed the knowledge, confidence and real‑world experience to lead responsibly in global organisations, positioning you to succeed in a competitive international environment.
