Entry requirements

  • A UK honours degree (normally at least 2:2) in a relevant subject area such as healthcare, health sciences, education or a related professional discipline or an equivalent qualification recognised by Edge Hill University
  • Relevant professional experience within healthcare education settings
  • Evidence of planned, current, or recent involvement in teaching, supervision, mentoring or educational support roles in practice
  • The ability to study successfully at postgraduate level, evidenced through a personal statement, professional portfolio, and/or employer reference
  • Where appropriate, professional registration with a relevant regulatory body or voluntary register (e.g. NMC, HCPC, GMC, GDC or equivalent). We do, however, recognise some roles do not require registration.
