Course content

Developed by leading UK academics, this course is aimed at delivering the range of professional construction management skills laid down by a range of professional bodies including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). Major construction projects across the globe require professionals with a range of skills and competencies who can operate in a variety of cultural and socio-economic settings. This course provides a wealth of skills development in the areas of construction economics, construction finance, project management and construction procurement. Being accredited by the RICS, and CIOB, the course is highly relevant for those wishing to pursue a career in construction economics and commercial management both nationally and internationally.
