Course content

Our classic distance learning Procurement Regulation Postgraduate Diploma, MA has been specifically designed for professionals wishing to expand their knowledge and understanding of EU procurement law and regulation, while also placing that system within its wider international context.

The course is particularly for lawyers and senior procurement professionals. Lawyers in private practice or the public sector, in-house legal advisers and officials dealing with practice or policy in procurement will find the addition of this in-depth study and experience of procurement law of value in any aspect of their work that involves regulated procurement. Procurement professionals can expect the addition of this legal component to their experience to be of value as practice becomes ever more closely driven by legal developments.

This programme is studied by professionals alongside full time work commitments. The estimated time commitment is 240 hours of self study plus 32 hours teaching at the weekend seminars. Further time is needed in April for the coursework and May for examination preparation. Students are expected to manage their time independently.

Please note that the optional MA (second year) is only available for application once the Postgraduate Diploma has been completed successfully.
