Entry requirements

Minimum good first honours degree in any field, or overseas equivalent. PG Dip equivalent, vocational qualifications and work experience are considered. Holders of the DGM (Diploma in Geriatric Medicine, Royal College of Physicians) may fast track and omit one-third of the MSc.

Course content

The study of gerontology at one of the world's leading centres. Students draw on a wide range of expertise, including geriatricians, clinicians, demographers, policy analysts and sociologists, to gain awareness of cross-national and national perspectives on ageing and the lives of older people.
