Why should I study Global Health

Health inequalities are widening across the world, driven by climate change, conflict and fragile health systems. Tackling these challenges requires professionals who can think globally, act locally and lead with purpose.

Specialising in global health equips you to strengthen health systems, address social and environmental determinants of health and reduce inequalities - building practical tools and insight to make a lasting difference.

What will I get out of it

Collaboration with employers and international partners is built into the programme. This MSc focuses on five priorities, shaping the future of global health:

  • Reduce inequalities through a strong, more resilient health workforce
  • Lead systems improvements that deliver measurable impact
  • Advance universal health coverage
  • Promote gender equity in policy and practice
  • Build partnerships that create sustainable change

You'll graduate with the confidence and practical skills to drive change wherever you work.
