Our LLM in International Commercial Law equips you with an advanced understanding of the complex legal issues surrounding international business law, international commercial law, and corporate governance and finance.

This course is one of four taught law courses (LLM) we offer and is suitable for graduates of any background. It is ideal if you’re interested in gaining a better legal understanding of today’s global business environment.

It will give you the knowledge, insights and analytical skills to enhance your career in practice, business or academia. If you are pursuing another career path, it will enhance your understanding of how the law shapes and influences global businesses and their activities.with an interest in law.

Information for international students

To study this course you need to meet our Band 4 English Language requirements: Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with 6.5 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in all other sub-skills. If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a Pre-sessional English Language course.
