A 2:1 honours degree, or international equivalent, in law or any other subject. We will also consider applications on an individual basis if you have lower or non-standard qualifications or experience in professional legal practice.

Course content

This LLM International Commercial Law is one of four taught Master of Laws (LLM) we offer. It's suitable for graduates of any background. It's ideal if you’re interested in gaining a better legal understanding of today’s global business environment.

It will give you the knowledge, insights and analytical skills to enhance your career in practice, business or academia. If you're pursuing another career path, it will enhance your understanding of how the law shapes and influences global businesses and their activities.

Information for international students

English Language requirements: Direct Entry: IELTS 6.5 overall (with 6.5 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in all other sub-skills. If you have lower English Language scores, you may be accepted onto a Pre-sessional English Language course.
