Entry requirements
To be eligible for these programmes, you should have a minimum 2:2 honours degree or an international equivalent.
Candidates who do not meet these academic requirements, but can demonstrate extensive, relevant experience within the surveying industry (at least 3 years) may also be considered.

Course content
Get ahead with a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredited online Surveying Masters course from Northumbria University.
Whether you’re already working in the field or looking to launch your career in the industry, you’ll have the choice of three specialist pathways – Quantity, Building or Real Estate Surveying. However you choose to specialise, you’ll be taught by industry experienced academics from one of the UK’s top 50 universities (Guardian University Guide, 2022).
As a distance learning student, you can study at anytime, from anywhere, making it easy to fit studying in around your life. Plus, you’ll have the choice to pay your fees in module by module instalments.
It’s up to you when you start the course too, with entry points in January, April, July and October.
