Entry requirements

A UK honours degree (minimum 2.2) or equivalent in a related discipline such as electronics or physics. Applicants with relevant employment experience or other relevant qualifications will also be considered.

Course content

Learn about imaging and display technology as well as smart mathematical techniques for engineering design and optimisation. The MSc Engineering (Electronics) course will enable you to develop imaginative and innovative design solutions, enterprise, leadership and interpersonal skills.

The School of Science and Technology offers programme options to study either a Postgraduate Diploma or MSc in Engineering (Electronics). The MSc route provides the opportunity to undertake a one year paid work placement in industry, further enhancing graduate employability.
