Our MSc Real Estate is a conversion programme for graduates from other academic disciplines. It is one degree programme with two distinct pathways:

  • Commercial/Residential Real Estate
  • International Real Estate

Both pathways are viewed as a single cohort.

The course will provide you with all the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the real estate profession. It will prepare you to complete the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Most of our teaching staff are professionally qualified as Chartered Surveyors, Planners, Lawyers or Accountants. So you will learn from experts in the field.

You will be paired with a recent graduate from the course who will mentor you. They will support you and help with study and careers' advice and professional development.

The course has a very successful level of graduate employment. Our graduates find employment in major international real estate consultancies and local firms. As well as banks, financial institutions, government bodies and corporates.
