Entry requirements

Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree or its equivalent. Applicants with a lower degree classification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.

Course content

This fully accredited course will develop your technical, managerial and interpersonal skills necessary for the management of complex construction projects. The distinctive, industry-driven curriculum equips you with the competencies needed to meet the challenges of today’s technologies, working relationships and project-related risks.

The course will provide you with the opportunities to pursue your own personal objectives in the areas of management, procurement and construction law, accounting management and consultancy and research in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction sector. It is suitable if you are either an experienced practitioner in the industry or are just starting out your career. Individual modules can be studied on a stand-alone basis for Continued Professional Development.

If studying on campus, you have the option to engage in work-based experience for a period of up to 16 weeks.
