Entry requirements

A good first degree in any discipline or an equivalent professional qualification. As a full-time student you are encouraged to obtain a period of pre-course professional work experience before joining. As a part-time student you should be employed in general practice surveying or have substantial contact with a property-related firm. If English is not your first language you typically need an IELTS 6.5 score with a minimum of 6.5 in writing and 5.5 in all other skills or equivalent. If your English language skill is currently below IELTS 6.5 we recommend you consider a Sheffield Hallam University Pre-sessional English course which will enable you to achieve an equivalent English score.
