  • Food Entrepreneurship and Business Start-up International Cuisines—Practical
  • French or German

Followed by: Worldwide internship (4-6 months)

The professional internship is intended to provide a learning opportunity for students to apply their knowledge to the real-life workplace and remake their profile employable.

Minimum monthly gross salary in Switzerland: CHF 2,212.

Optional: 11 weeks on campus for Consultancy project or formulation of business plan

This project can be flexibly completed on campus, during your internship, or from home.
