Course content
Gain comprehensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focusing on developing the knowledge and practical skills to work effectively with people experiencing depression and anxiety disorders. Learn about the scientific foundations of CBT, assessment and formulation, and the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
As the course progresses, you build on these core skills to work with more complex presentations, while developing your ability to critically evaluate research and apply evidence to clinical practice.
This course meets the training standards set by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
