Entry requirements
The normal entry requirement is one of the following:
- a good honours degree (at least a 2:2) in a business-related/human resources-related discipline
- a post-experience or professional qualification
- equivalent qualifications (including international qualifications).

Course content
You gain an understanding of the complex and changing context of human resource management (HRM), and the importance of resilience and sustainability in turbulent business environments. You develop an awareness of contemporary HRM issues in readiness for being a future-thinking practitioner with cutting-edge knowledge of human resource developments.
This course develops your knowledge and skills as a HRM practitioner, responsible for growing an agile and ethical workforce. You take the lead on managing the recruitment and development of employee talent within organisations, employing the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and maximising employee and organisational performance.
This course enables significant exemptions from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
